What Makes Chichester Special

Chichester is safe, scenic, and compact. It revolves around its ancient Market Cross and magnificent Cathedral. With a strong focus on arts and teaching, the student community is creative and close-knit, enjoying a relaxed pace of life compared to bigger cities.

Make the most of the coastal proximity! West Wittering Beach is a short trip away and perfect for relaxing after exams.

Chichester is definitely quieter than places like London, but thatโ€™s why I love it. You are so close to the beach at West Wittering! The vibe is very cafe-culture and chilled. The uni is really supportive and feels like a community rather than just an institution. (Second year student, University of Chichester)
